We are currently seeking a dynamic and results driven senior sales executive with experience in the exhibition and events industry
As a Senior Sales Executive in exhibition and events industry, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and developing strong client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies. This position requires a deep understanding of the exhibition and events market, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Identify new shows opportunities and potential clients within the exhibition and events industry.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand client needs and provide tailored design solutions to meet their requirements.
Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to promote services and products.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to expand business contacts.
Sales Performance:
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management
Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the exhibition industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in managing key accounts and client relationships.
Skills:
Strong understanding of the exhibition market and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
License/Certification:
Driving license (Preferred)
